To the best of my knowledge, the deck and footings are installed in conformance with the Residential Code of New York. I also visited and inspected the fiberglass insulation installed in the first floor, attic floor, and the walls and found it to be propedy insulated and to the best of my knowledge, the insulation is installed in conformance with the Residential Cede of New York. Inspection also found theirs to be a retractable fireplace screen installed over the firebox opening.
