6. Submit Harming Board Approval of completed site plan requirements.

issues a Certificate of Occupancy.
Il Every building permit shall expire if the work authorized has not commenced within [2 months after the date of
issuance or has not been completed within I 8 months from such date. [ f no zoning amendments or other regulations affecting the
property have been enacted in lhe interim, the Building Inspector may authorize, in writing, the extension of the permit for an
addition six months. Thereafter, a new permit shall be required.

Dear Mr. Rallis,
Sorry for the delay in getting back to you. On September 3, 2008 you called me with permit
corrections for the renovation of the Beach Club on Fishers Island. The enclosed material hopefully
addresses those corrections. They are:
1. Show emergency lighting.
These symbols were already indicated on the drawing E-100 but we have highlighted
them and bubbled them
2. Show fire extinguisher locations
We have added these as notes to sheet E-100
3. Put a sign on the Utility Room door that says this is not an exit.
We have added these notes to sheet E-100
4. Plans for a fire suppression system for the kitchen hood and plans for the new hood and
connection to existing hood.
