BEGINNING at a point on the eastedy side of Vanston Road, 820 feet more or [ess in a
westerly and southerly direction as measured along Vanston Road, from the extreme
westedy end of the curve connecting the southeasterly side of Vanston Road with the
westerly side of Little Peconic Bay Road;
RUNNING THENCE North 65 degrees 0I minutes East along the southerly side of land
of Quigley 185.0 feet;
THENCE South 21 degrees 26 minutes East along the westerly side of land nowor
