BEGINNING at a monument on the westerly line of a 20 foot right of way running along the easterly boundary of the
premises at the northeasterly comer of the premises and the southeasterly comer of land of Neslage; from said point of
beginning running along said westerly line of said 20 foot right of way, two courses as follows:
