BEGINNING at a point on the easterly side of Tasker Lane distant 191.28 feet northerly
from the corner formed by the intersection of the easterly side of Tasker Lane with
the ~northerly ~side :!of Sutton Place,
RUNNING THENCE along the easterly side of Tasker Lane North 25 degrees 28 minutes 10
seconds West, a distance of 200.00 feet;
THENCE North 64 degrees. 31 minutes 50 seconds East, a distance of 150.00 feet;
THENCE South 25 degrees. 28 minutes 10 seconds East, a distance of 200.00 feet;

Being and intended to be the same premises conveyed to PETER A. VERDIRAME and
COSIMA VERDIRAME, his wife, by Deed in Liber 5662 cp 23.
TOGETHER with aa right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and
roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances,
and also all the estate which the said decedent had at the time of decedent's death in said premises, and also
the estate therein, which the party of the first Part has or has power to convey or dispose of, whether individ-
ually, or otherwise; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second
part, the distributees or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything
whereby the said premises have been-incumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
