The MAXIMUM number of individual vendors allowed onto this space will be 35 vendors of dry goods, each of which is reserved a 10x10 selling area (100 sq. fi.) and a 15x10 boundary aisle on all sides (150 sq ft, or 600 sq ft per vendor), as well as space for ONE vehicle per vendor (300 sq. ft.) A combined space of 35,000 feet is reserved for this purpose. Additional cars will be parked in the way-back parking area with the ticket holders. A maximum of four farmer's stands will be additional to that, occupying a double selling space and a single aisle and single vehicle will be included, or a total of 4,400 square feet reserved for this purpose. A beverage tent covering 800 square feet, but requiring no vehicles or aisles will be reserved for controlled beverage sales. Up to three beverage vendors may be included in this same space. A maximum of Ten vendors of food and snacks, requiring space similar to the dry goods vendors will be included and space for them will be reserved, a combined 10,000 sq. ft. The total, conservatively measured needs of all vendors is 50,000 square feet, and it is very likely that the actual needs of the vendors is considerably less. That said, the maximum foot print and the maximum number of vendors allowed entrance to the property will be strictly limited to the numbers we have stated above. An independent vendor "wrangler" will be on site full time to see that the spacing and set up is respected. As with last year's event, there is NO overnight parking, camping, or sleeping on this site. POLICE DEPARTMENT TOWN OF &~)UTHOLD Tolephone Emergency Dial 91 1 REC /(~ CARLISi.E E. COCHI~N, JR.
