Know all Men by These Presents that, Pamela J. Greene, being
duly sworn says that:
1. I, the DIRECTOR, DIVISION OF REAL PROPERTY ACQUISITION AND
MANAGEMENT, SUFFOLK COUNTY DEPARTMENT OF ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AND
PLANNING, residing at Bayport, New York, on behalf of Suffolk
County, claiming under a tax deed by the County Treasurer of
Suffolk County to COUNTY OF SUFFOLK dated the 19tn. day of
September,. 2011 recorded in the office of the County Clerk of
Suffolk County on the 21st day of September, 2011, in Liber 12671
page 898 do hereby abandon to the County Treasurer of Suffolk
County any and all claims and interest under and by virtue of said
tax deed, saving and excepting my right to a refund thereunder.
2. The premises affected by the said tax deed are situated in
the Village of Greenport, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk,
State of New York, and are bounded and described in said tax deed
as follows, to wit:
District 1001, Section 005.00, Block 04.00, Lot 018.000
3. This action is pursuant to Resolution No. 322-2012 adopted by
the Suffolk County Legislature on April 24, 2012 and approved by
the Suffolk County Executive on May 7, 2012.
4. To the best of my knowledge Suffolk County has not conveyed
the lands described in such Tax Deed or any part thereof or any
interest therein and Suffolk County is now the owner of record
thereof.
