RUNNING THENCE South 11 degrees 48 minutes 40 seconds East 215.44 feet;
RUNNING THENCE South 88 degrees 11 minutes 00 seconds West 104.17 feet;
RUNNING THENCE North 37 degrees 21 minutes 19 seconds West 213.40 feet to the southerly side of Stanley
