WlTNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other
valuable consideration paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party
of the second part, the heirs or successors and a~signs of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected,
situate, lying and being
at Peconic in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, being mom
particularty bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the southerly side of Main Road distant 4t9.04 feet Easterly as
measured along the southerly side of Main Road from the comer formed by the intersection of the
southerly side of Main Road with the easterly side of Skunk Lane;
RUNNING THENCE North 32 degrees 30 minutes 00 seconds East along the southerly side of Main
Road 90.00 feet to land now or formerly of Klos;
THENCE the following two courses and distances along last mentioned land;
1. South 57 degrees 30 minutes East, 240.00 feet to a point;
2. North 57 degrees 15 minutes East, 49.00 feet to the land now or formerty of Konorski;
THENCE South 20 degrees 28 minutes 30 seconds East, 223.40 feet to land now or formerty of
Horton;
THENCE North 57 degrees 30 minutes 00 seconds West, along last mentioned land, 438.94 feet to
the southerly side of Main Road at the point or place of BEGINNING.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the parties of the first part by deed

TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any. of the party of the first part in and to any streets and

whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law. covenants that the party of
the first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the dght to receive such
consideration as a Imst funcl to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cosl of the improvement and
will apply the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total
of the same for any other purpose. The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever
the sense of this indenture so requires.
