consideration paid by the parties of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the parties of the
second part, their heirs or successors and assigns of the parties of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,
lying and being in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, known and designated as
and by the Plots Nos. 231 to 236 inclusive on a certain map entitled, "Map of Goose Bay Estates" in the Town
of Southold, Suffolk County, New York, said map being made by Lewis N. Waters, Licensed Surveyor of
Oyster Bay, Long Island, New York, dated September 12, 1934 and filed in the Office of the Clerk of the
County of Suffolk on November 13, 1934, as and by the Map No. 1176, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at the corner formed by the intersection of the Northeasterly side of Hickory Avenue with the
Northwesterly side of Birch Avenue;
RUNNING THENCE North 45 degrees 24 minutes 40 seconds East along the Northwesterly side of Birch
Avenue, 107.20 feet;
THENCE North 44 degrees 35 minutes 20 seconds West along the Southwesterly side of Lot 230, 120.00
feet;
THENCE South 45 degrees 24 minutes 40 seconds West along the Southeasterly sides of Lots 255 to 260
inclusive, 123.07 feet to the Northeasterly side of Hickory Avenue;
THENCE South 52 degrees 07 minutes 30 seconds East along the Northeasterly side of Hickory Avenue.

Being and intended to be the same premises conveyed to Lawrence Principato and Carmel Principato, his
wife, by deed dated 11/28/78, and recorded 12/12/78 in Liber 8542, page 362.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part of, in and to any streets and
roads abutting the above described premises to the center line thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances
and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD
the premises herein granted unto the parties of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the
parties of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party of the
first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consideration
as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply the
same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for any
other purpose.
The word "party" shall be construed as if to read '"parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.
