consideration paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of
the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,

BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the party of the first part by
deed dated February 3, 1994, and recorded March 18, 1994, in the Office of the Suffolk County
Clerk in Liber 11669, Page 57.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any
streets and roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER
with the appurtenances and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said
premises; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second
part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered
anything whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as
aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that
the party of the first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right
to receive such consideration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost
of the improvement and will apply the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement
before using any part of the total of the same for any other purpose.
The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so
requires.

AMENDED DESCRIPTION
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements
thereon erected, situate, lying and being in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and
State of New York, known and designated as Lot No. 6 as shown on a certain map
entitled "Map of Land's End at Orient Point" prepared by Van Tuyl & Son, surveyor"
filed in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on May 3, 1973 as Map No. 5909 and which
lot is more particularly bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the easterly side of Latham Lane where the same is
intersected by the division line between tots numbered 6 and 7 on the above mentioned
map said point also being distant 116 feet northerly as measured along the easterly side of
Latham Lane from the northerly end of a curve connecting the easterly side of Latham
Lane from the northerly end ora curve connecting the easterly side of Latham Lane with
the northerly side of a fifty foot Right of Way;
RUNNING THENCE northerly along the easterly side of Latham Lane the following 2
courses and distances:
north 0t degree 02' 20" east 44.09 feet;
northerly along a curve bearing to the left having a radius of 220 feet a
distance of 125.58 feet to the division line between lots 5 and 6 on the
aforesaid map;
RUNNING THENCE along the division line north 52 degrees 43' 30" east 181.50 feet to
the mean high water mark of the Long Island Sound as of October 18,2011;
