SUBJECT TO that certain Option Agreement made by and between Grantor and Grantee

SUBJECT TO that certain License Agreement made by and between Grantor and Grantee
herein of even date herewith and intended to be recorded in the Suffolk County
Clerk's Office simultaneously herewith.
SUBJECT TO that certain Option Agreement to acquire a Conservation Easement made
by and between Grantor and Grantee herein of even date herewith and intended to
be recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office simultaneously herewith.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE a portion of the premises conveyed to the Grantor
herein by deed dated November 25, 1997, recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's
Office on December 9,' 1997 in Liber 11866 cp 747.
ALSO BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the premises shown as Lot 1 on Minor Subdivision
Plat known as Richmond Creek Farms.
This conveyance is made in the ordinary course of business of the
Grantor and is not a conveyance of all or substantially all of the
assets of the corporation.
