Vs~ Tuyl~ Consultant~ Howard~Terry~ Building Inspt. ~r. Frank za!eski appeared befor~ the Planning Board in regard to have the performance bond for the roads in Deep Hole. Creek Estates reduced. ~4r. Zaleski stated that the roadswere almost completed. He was advised that the Planning Board would need an estimate from Larry T~.thilI for the reduction~ however the bond could be reduced pending this estimate. On motion by Mr. ~oism~ seconded by Mr. grebe~ it was RESOLI~D that the performance bond for the completion of the roads and other work in Deep Hole Creek Estates~ Mattituck~ New York~ or, ned by Frank ~leski~ be reduced to $5~000~00 Vote of the Board: Ayes:- 5ir. Wickham, ~-~. ~oisa: ~r. Grebe. Southold Tov~a Planning B~rd -2- Iv~ch !0, 1969 A plan of property for Michael Zukas, Bayview, Southold was presented to the Board for a minor subdivision. This. property contains approximately four acres of land. There will be one lot on an existing road, and four interior lots. Ail lots e~re over 20,000 square feet. This property is sho~rn on a map of Tisdale Property, map by ~to W. Vs_n Tuyt & Sons, map dated J~ne 27, 1957. On motion by IWW. ~4oisa, seconded by M~r. ~rebe~it was RE, SOLVED Zhat tentative approval be given to the property of Ptickael Zukas, Bayview Southold~ New York, for a minor subdivision as shown on the by ~to Van l'~yl & Son of Tisdale Property, map dated Ju~e 27, 1957. Vote of the Board: Ayes:- l¢~r. Wickham~ ~. Moisa, Mr. Grebe. A map of Fishers Island Utility Co. was presented to the Board for consideration as a minor subdivision. This property contains three lots on an existing public street and sho,~ on a map by Chandler and Palmer, map dated ~rch 1966. On motion by ?;~. Moisa, seconded by Mr. Grebe~ it was RESOLVED that the Southold Town P!sa~ning Board grant tentative approval of the map of Fishers Island Utility Co., as shown on a mDp by Chandler and Palmer,~map dated ~rch, 1966, for a minor subdivision, sub3ect to the highways being buil~ to the satisfaction of Raymond Dean, Superintendent ~f Highways, so that they may be dedicated to the Town of Southold; and the submission of at least two copies of the final map; snd the filing of the ~oplicatlon fee of $60~00. The P!~nnin9 Board received a letter of intent as to the park playgrot~d area for the subdivision to be knov~n as Soundcrest Woods, Section i, ~med by Robert R. Schroeder and others. Said letter dated February $, 1969. This subdivision has met all preliminary requir~_ments of the Plam~ing Board. On motion by I~. Grebe~ seconded by Mr, Moisa, it was R.ESOLV~D that the Southo!d Town PlanningBoard set 7:30 P.M., ~4onday, April 14~ 1969, at the Tova~ Office, Main Road, Southold, New York, as the time an.dplace of hearing upon the question of approval of the ~ following plat: Plat of property ~ned by Robert R. Schroeder and others, entitled Soundcrest Woods, Section I, consisting of a parcelof laud ~f 10.177 acres~ situated at East Mari~u~ in the Town of Southold~ Suffoik,County~ New York. Moisa~ seconded by Mr. Grebe, it was R~-SOLV~D that the Southold Town Planning Board set 8:00 Monday~ April 14~t969, as the time mud place of hearing upon the question of approval of the follo~ng plat: Plat of property o~%med by South Parish Realty Company~ Lefferts P. Edson, Partner~ entitled Highwood, consisting of a parcel of land of 5.978 acres~ situated in Southold~ in the Town of Southold~ Suffolk Couanty: New York, and bounded ~md described as foi!~vs: P~GI~ING at ~ point on the southerly line of North Bayview Road, 426.20 feet~easterly along said southerly line from Summer Lane; from said point of begiD-ning running along said southerly line of North Bayview Road: two courses: (1) S. 74° 54~ BO" E.- 143.90 feet; thence (2) S. 75° 15' E.- 169.77 feets thence along the several lands of Gritz~ Schu~n: Dahl ~nd Thoraldsen, S. 25~ 19' 50~' W.- 904.03 feet; thence along land of Hunter, N. 82° 19' 10" W.-.268.71 fe~t; thence along land of Isezm~n, N. 22° 06' O0~' E.- 930.28 feet to the point of beginning~ Vote of the Board: Ayes:- Mr. Wic~ham:Mr. Moi~sa~ ~,ir. Vote of the Board: Ayes:- Mr. Wickham, lv~. ~;~isa~ Mr. Coyle~ Mr. Grebe. Correspondence was read by theChairman. A letter from Cornell University in regard to Negitive Easement Open Spaces Program was read item by item. Said letter is on file in the Office of the Planning Board. The Chairman was authorized to communicate v~th Cornet! UniveIsity in regard, to having their attorney prepare a sample contract form for the Town of Southold in regard to negative easement open spaces program. The next regular meeting of the Southold Town Plmnning Board will be held at 7:30 P.M., Monday, April 14, 1969, at the Tovm Office, ~in Road= Southold~ Ne~ York.
