Present were: Supervisor~occhia, Justice M. Suter,=, Councilmen~L. D~marest &H. Valentine= and TOwn'Attorney R. Tasker. John,Widkham-Chairman of:Planning'Board~, Frank Coyle~ Henry MOisa~~ Henry Raynor,, and Howard Ferry,, Bldg, Inspector. John~Wickham opened the meeting with a report of~a discussion~withJohn'Plockrelative-to the rezoning of'his property on the, Bay east of Reydon,Shores to Residential. M_r., Plock ~s investing about $25~000..per yearinresearch there andhasseveral ~experiments going at this~timea, nd ~ould like to have the propertYzoned "light industry" ms'p~oPosed in the new zoning classification rather than a-n~n_-conf~rming "A" 'District. It was agreed this would probably be ok a,s long as the activityis carried on there. The new map is to be so marked. Special Meeting ~2) ril 28, 1969 ·here was quite some discussion of experiments with oysters in several locations on Long 'Island Mud C.onnecticut. It was agreed to up zone ~-he Grace N. Lewis-p~operty from "B" to "A" on E/S of Beixedon Subdivision & S/S Main Ro~d~' Southold. The map to show this. Minutes of last meeting were approved. There was a discussion on the best-way to pr~ocede with the hearing. Previous plans were reviewed and it was finally agreed e_Be' Planning Board will' hold the hearing as soon as possible. John' Wickham .and Howard Te~ry are to finish coloring in ~ map as we set it up tonight and to mark-Book It for corrections and contact Raymond & May. f~r prices on the new map and reprinting necessary pages in Book II. The recommendati,ns for corrections in Rala~ond &-May Book II were read and checked item-by item~ Several pages are to be corrected and reprinted. The new map to be .substituted for the large 2 page map in the book and the "fly page." The ~text on the "fly page" to be corrected 'and updated as a give away at the hearings -Corrections were noted on each p~ge and John Wickham and Howard Terry are to have the corrections ready to .discuss with Rg~rmond May 'as early as possible. Estimates for reprinting to be gotten from Raymond& May and to use Book 'II for text. Mee. ting adjourned at 9:50
