After considerable discussion~ on motion of ~Lr~ Grebe~ seconded by ~ir~ Moisa and c~ried~ it was RESOLVED that the Planning Board recommend to. the Town Board the c3~anqe of zone from "A" Residential' a~d Agricultural District to "B" Business District on the aforementioned pr~per~y. The Planning Bc~rd is t~oroughly familiar with the a~,ea~_ and since the oplx)site _side.of the street for the full length is already "'B" B~siness it is expected this whole area will be '~ BuSineSs on the south side of the road in the not too distant future.
