RESOLVED that the Planning BOard recommend to t~he Town
Board-that change of zone from "A" Resi~ential and Agricultural
District to~B~ Business Dt~trict be made on the aforementioned
proporty of Mary D~roski and Theodore Doroski at Cutchogue~
New York.
Some of the members of the ~lanning Board are familiar-
with 't~e operation. T~ey have been packing po--tatoes for at
least one of their ~eighbors fO~ many years pri~r to zoning
and for the past two y~ars they have been buying substantial
quantities of potatoes. In ad~dition to that we feel that an
additional independent outlet for L~ng Island potatoes is probably
an asset to the c~unity. Finally,~ this property is a~jauent
to. a "B" Business District and not too far 8/stant from an
additional "B" Business DistriCt on the same side of the street,
