The planning Board discussed the layout of the proposed trailer camp withMr. Alec with particular reference to the entrance road. .. It was the Board's opinion the road should be eased so it will not have such a sharp turn at the entrance to the property from the Ftain Road (~oute 25)° ~Lro Al~c~s plan for the layout of the trailer camp ~as the approval of the- Health Department and is signed by Robert A. Preston an~ others be granted tentative permission to proceed with his proposed subdivision located on the south side 'Main Road -(Route 25) Greenport, New York~ in accordance with the procedure setforth in the Rules and Regulations for 'the Sub~ivision of Land. This Subdivision to-be ~own as Ford/lam Acres at ~reenport, prelim- inary plat by Otto W. Van TuYl & Son. Vote.of the Board: Ayes:- Mr. Wiekham, Mr. Moisa~ Mr. l~ung~ and Mr. Unkelbach. The Planning Board again considered the .application for a ~hang~ of zone of'AleXander T. Bi~ on ~certain real property Situated on the north side of'Main Road~ ~attituck, New Yor3~ Mr. unkel~ach reported that he had attempted to contact Kor~cel, an adjoir~alg property owner, at least eigkzt times but had not ~een able to speak to him relative to his feelings toward this change of zone, as well as having his property included in the "B" ~usiness district. After further discussion~ on motion of Mr. Young~ seconded by M~. Walter ~hl~ Vice President of Woodhollow propemtieS, Znc.,. to answer any ~aestions of the ~larzning Board with relation to Sec/ainu 2. · t~ ~ewlett state~ that Mr. Uhl intends to dedicate th~ roads to the Town and has made all of the arrangements the Boar~ set f~rth at~a pzeviOUs meeting. ~Lr. Hewlett was a~vised that if the reads are dedicated within three m~nths of final approval the performance b~nd would be waived. The only question is the matter of allocation ~f park and playground area~ The Boar~ ~eels ~r. ~hl should provide 1.14 acres. Mr. Voorhis stated he wished ~o speak to the Board wi~ relation toga Mas~er Plan 'f~r t/%e T~Wn of S~uthold. Store building an~ as much other property of Sc~oltz and sand pit as may be determined necessary. Mr. Van Tuyl was .advised that the zone should start at the western boundary line of Eastern T.V. and run easterly to Aldric~h Lane~ thence horsefly up the westerly side of Aldrich Lane to include the .cemetery and the potato building and part of the sand pit operation which is located northeasterly from t/~e Hain Road. It was further determined .that a letter to this effect sko~Ld be placed in the Scholtz file. The Planning Board received a letter from the Office of the County Executive~ H. Lee ~ennison~ Riverhead requesting their presence at a meeting of all Town Supervisors~ ~Town Superintendents of Highways~ ,Town members of County Planning Com~ission~, representa- tives of all ToWn, Planning Boards and representatives from the County Department of Public Works at 2:00 P,M.~ August 22. 1960 /n the Board Room of the County Supervisors at the County Center~ l~iverhead, for the purpose of reviewing and discussing ToWn highway and County road pl~nning~ The members ~rese~t who would probably attend ~ere~ Messrs.
