Most towns have built some roads as well as development roads. They ~i1 agreed that they should have better specifications for town highways, tslip~Town has the most rigid specifications and estimates the cost of 1000 per building lot to put An the town r~quirement improvements including reads. ~rainage~ ere.. Mr. Dennisen stated that the ~ounty Planning Board should be close to ~ Town Planning Board and attend all its meetings as a lack of Coopera-tion and coordination on ~rainage has caused big problems ~n the western t~wns. He sagg~sted parks as buffer zones between residential an~ industrial ~istricts. The ~asic need for the 'Countyoverai1 is a goo~ water s~pply and a~equate sewage ~isposal.
