Marion, Ne~ York 11939 Dear This office has received several complaints that you have increased the number of apartments in your multiple residence on north side of Main Road, East Marion from the permitted 3 apartments as registered to 5 or more. A check by our lnel~ctor, Mr. Fisher shows this to be so. Increasing from 3 apartments to Sapartments without approval of the Board of Appeals is a violation of the Zoning Ordinance, Article X, Section 1007 and the State Multiple Residence Law, as no plans for the additional units were filed or approved. You are ordered to discontinue the use of the 2 new units by August 310 1969. You may make application to the Board of Appeals to expand the use to 5 units within thie t/me period if you so wish. On request of this office, I stopped to check the number of dwelling units at 10475 Main Road owned by S. Morates, East Marion. Mr. Morates freely showed me the 5 units (2 are upstairs and 2 are downstairs in the main building and 1 unit in the rear addition.) These units each have their own kitchen unit and bath. Mr. Morates said they are temporary used and he plans in the near future to replace the building with a new one family dwelling. There is a certificate on the wall from the Health Dept. GeQrge H.
