Dear Mr. Fish,
On 30 May 2012 1 inspected to above referenced property. The one story dwelling is on a
crawl space that has limited access for viewing of the floor structure. The central section,
which seems to be the odginal structure, is on locust posts while two small additions are
supported on concrete block.
Crawl spaces are damp structures that foster insect infestation. I was not able to see actual
damage to structural members or evidence of insects though there were termite traps around
the structure.
A walk through of the premises did not reveal any major structural problems. Floors were
reasonably level for the age and type of structure. I found only one intedor door that would not
close, but was not indicative of major structural problems.
To the best of my knowledge and experience, it is my opinion that while there may be hidden
damage to structural members that may require future repairs, this home is not unsound and is
currently habitable.
