A certified copy of this resolution is enclosed with provisions for the event listed that must followed. An insurance policy naming the Town of Southold as additionally insured has been filed with this office. Please contact Captain Kruszeski at the Police Department, as soon as possible, to coordinate placard placement. They file with the Town Clerk a One Million Dollar Certificate of Insurance naming the Town of Southold as an additional insured; 2. The overflow cars are displaying a windshield flyers identifying the vehicles as participants and they contact Captain Kruszeski of the Southold Police Department immediately for proper placement of the permits. 3. Coordinate traffic control upon notification of the adoption of this resolution with Captain Kruszeski. 4. No objects of any kind shall be thrown to event spectators 5. No permanent markings be placed on town, county or state roads or property for the event; 6. Any road markings or signs for the event be removed within twenty-four (24) hours of the completion of the event. Support is for this year only, as the Southold Town Board continues to evaluate the use of town roads. All fees associated with this event are waived. Elizabeth A. We anticipate approximately 300 guests, but are concerned that there may not be sufficient parking for everyone. Accordingly, if at all possible, can the Town waive curbside parking regulations on 'Ferry and/or Hobart Roads for the duration (2 V2 hours) of the event?
