There were present: Messrs. John Wickham~ ~nairm~ Henry ~isa~ Alfred Grebe~ Archibald Young~ and William Unke±bach. Also present: ~h~. Howard M. Terry~ Building I~spector. ~ir. The Board asked Mr. Radford if the petitioners plagued to make the house year arouud or just a su~er residence ~nd Mr. Ead£ord stated that they intend to use it for year around i~ the future ~ut not at the present ti~e~ Nr~ Radford presented a m~p of the area and pointed out that Crowley has bungalows for s~m~er rentais~ Bhodos Pavillonhas eight apartments in one house~ three motel uuits Luanether~ and a two family house in the back yard. Noisa~ seconded by Mr~ Yo~ug and c~a~?i~d~ it ~as R~O~VED that a ~etter be forwarded to Price advising, that'the Planni~ Board has ~application from S~awood A~r~Sfor a~con~ ~ctien ~ init they propose a divided p~ay~te ~t~en~ Nerth~YView Road ~d ~in Bay View Road. it is ~ieipated ~that this will be one of the ma~ eress~overs ~d~they ~d l~ke to have mt ~autm~med by leav~g a l0 ft. strip o~ t~ees t~o~h the center.
