T~he~ B~ard bad'forwarded N~ Gr~Die a letter underGate of Octooer 6, 1999 stating that members of the Plar~uing Board have inspected the property' recently and. note that the road is substantially improved~ however it was felt some effort should be made to acquire at least another l0 ft. ~om 1~-. ~_mer Roland to increase the v~dth of ~the road. ~.~. Grat~~ stated to the Board that he has spoken to lz~. Elmer Ruland and also to ~.
