Open Develo~nt A~ea datea December~$, ~9~8. T~he~ B~ard

1999 stating that members of the Plar~uing Board have inspected
the property' recently and. note that the road is substantially
improved~ however it was felt some effort should be made to
acquire at least another l0 ft. ~om 1~-. ~_mer Roland to
increase the v~dth of ~the road. ~.~. Grat~~ stated to the
Board that he has spoken to lz~. Elmer Ruland and also to
~. O'Brien smd they are unwilling to Sell any'land to
him. -He said that he no%~ has a 20 ft. straight road through

the property %~ere two cars may pass. The Board advised
Grabie that they would like to see him come somewhere near
complying with the highway specifications~ and after cord-
siderable discussion it was decided the Board~ ~mbers wo'~d

Grabie wo~d be at the next Pl~ing Board ~eting to discuss
~eir findings.

on the DeGu~aes ~operty. ~e-has spoken to M~. DeGu~aes
~d he explained that he is going to add on to one of hisbmiId-
ings in order to accomodate more pupils.
