C-rabie has two alternatives which are as follows: 1.- It might be more practical for him to go before the Board of Appeals smd request a variance for each lot as now projected when they are sold~ or 2.- Redraw the map making fo~ lots out of the fir% numbers 20 to 25 inclusive~ in which case the Planning Board would be happy to recommend their approval. Mr. Ruch's letter stated his ~easons for ~equesting above are twofold: "a deed depression in the arm land originates at the North Rdad and runs 9ack into the farm nearly 300 feet; and the westerly line would, if $00 feet deep, reach all of my frontage on ~;~ll Creek." Van Tuy! & Son dated October 27~ 1998. l~,The Planning Board has visited this property ~nd found there is a ver~i~eep hO~e in the center and it will need t~$O0 foot depth verym~ch grading i~to be d°ne. Also, this ~r01Brty lies between~ the "B" BusinesS'zone of Teves on the east an~ the "B" Business zone of Haas on the west~ We further think that there ~s no necessity for widening the established private road because this is all built up and wiI1 probably not be extended. Any further development will probably have its own separate access." The annual report of the Building Inspector was received and read by the Chairman.
