Reeve Charles Van Duzer ~INUTE S Southold Town Planning Board August 19, 1958 A regm~lar meeting of the Sou~hold Town Planning Board was held on August 19, 1958 in the Town Clerk's Office, $outhold, New York at 8:00 p.m. There were present: Nessers John~icFdaam , Chairman; Harold R. Reeve, Henry F. Noisa, Alfred Grebe, and Archibald N. yo~_uE. A_lso present were ~ssers Otto,. Van Tuyl, Howard N. Terry, Building inspector, Robert~. Tasker, Town Counsel. ~e Clerk read the ~inntes of the J~ly 15, 1958 meet~ugwhichwere approved by themembers. In the ~atter of petition of Eugene Puskarz of Ne~v Britian, CoD~uecticut, for a change of zone from a&~ Residential and ~gric~ltural District to ~M~1 Multiple ReSidence District certain real property situated at Nadelane &venue, Y~sher's Island and more particularly bounded and described as follows: South by ~Nadelane ~venue - West by George Griffin - North by Henry Zabolowski East by Katherine Stone.. It was the deter~uation of the Planning Board to: RESOLVE, That the Board recom~e~ the above application to the Town Board for aoproval. ~e Platting Board received a Sub Division from Helen G. H. This description to be ~ade on the pStition as well as on the ~ap. The Board decided to ~ ~ this application until the ~ext meeting. A special meeting was held on Fishers ~ island~ ~ug~st 19, 1958 a.m. regarding certain property located on the Island known as the Fort. (Held for further study and consideration. ) The ~_anning Board was asked to take actica on the Proposed Zoning Ordinance. ~mendments at this meeting~ but it was the determination of the Board to: · ~RESC, L~_~:~ Tb~t The ?_a~nming Board recommend to the T~wn Board that these Amen~nents be held for further study.
