Valentine Ruch IV as s ugges~ed, are to ~ Board. ' In regard to the matter of the petition of Valentine Ruth, it was the decision of this Board that the application be turned overto 2~r. Van T~l and be held for ~m~ ~the_~ study. The petition of ~ugeio Petrucci for a change of zone from ~t Residential and &gricultural District to ~C" Industrial District certain real property located on Sound View ~venue, Peconie, bouuded and described as follows: On the North by Tisdale 370~ and Soun~ View &venue 560~ T on the East by S~H~th and Long Island Pr,educe & Fertilizer Co. Canko 1030 - to the South by Case 875~ and to the ~es~ by Stepnoski ll60~ and Tlsdale~250,. It was the determination of t~b~ Board to: P~OL~, ~nat after a long period of discussion the Board decided to look Luto som~ of the alternatives and hold CMr. Sorenson~s application up~ The Chairman selected ~essers ~oisa and Young as cmm~ tree men to Luvestigate the feelings of the people in the i~medi~te neighborhood in regard to the above application. By request of t2ue members, a letter was written to ~o Frank Robinson, Jr. ask~g him to submit the in. formation previously asked for regarding the width of roads in question. After much discussion' and debating on the Prooosed Zoning Ordinance Amendments, it was' the deter~m~nation of the Board to: . ~ RES©LVE~ That The P!annLng Board recommend to the Town Board that paragraphs and 703B, inc!uding~ not Only a, b, but also c be subject.to approval. '~any of the topics bought up for discussion at tlzis meeting caused quite a controversey among the members~ so the Board felt it would be a good idea to m~et with the Town Board smd the Board of &ppeals t~ setfile the differences ~u opinion~ therefore, it was the determination of the Board to: P.w~ESOLVE, Tb~t the Pla~ing Board request a meeting wroth tLe Town Board and the Boast of .Appeals at their earliest convenience to discuss t?ne Proposal amending of Z6niz. ag Ordinance to provide that lots may be divided, providing that all structures thereo~a comply with the provision ~of the Ordinance, and other ~atters. The aoplication of ~$i~_liam K~ag was presented at this m~eting s~nd will be taken up at the ~ext meeti_mg of the Plar~dng Board. It was decided tha~ m~ms Board also sho~_o~ brzng ~o the a~oen~m~n of the T?n Board the fact that the accessory pot~toe bu~dings are l~m~.ted to 15 feet and my should be a little m~ore. ~ere was a discussion~ncerning the roads in Terry U~ters. It was decided that Harold Price, Superintendent of Highways, sho~±d be conte~c~ed for approval of the dirt roads as to whether they are passable or not. ~eeting adjourned l1:15 r.~.
