There were present: Mr. ~ohn Wickham z~Lr. Earot& ~. ~eeve Mr. O~les V~ ~zer M~. He~ Mei~ ~. ~fred Grebe Also: Mr. Nor~n .Klipp, Tow~ ~upervieor, ~r. Otto Van Tu~vl Mr. Howard Terry, ~ilding I~peetor. The board stu~ie& the Smith brothers petition for subdivision of "Kennewoo~", property of the Southold Development Corporation. By~animous vote the board adopted the following resolution: EESOLVED, That the Southold Town Plannin~ Board recommend to the Town Board, for approval, Map dated January 9, 1954, and approved bythe Town Board a~ o£ January ~6, 1954, and, in addition, that Let No. 17 ~e recommended to the Board of Appeale as a~ jw~nediate variance. The board also studied Ma~ dated May 23, 1957, Great Pond, Sound View Heights, property of G. W. Smith & Sons, and ~manimously agreed en the following resolution: EE~OL~I~,~D, That preliminary plan be recom~ed to the Town Board for approval, with the exception that we suggest that two lots ~e made from exie$ing lore numbere~ 3, 4and 5. The board studied map of Marion Manor, d~te~ November 25, 1952, property of Blank, at the request of Mr. Jamiesen who holds e~tien en several lots (lO0! mimimum). It was unaz~imously agree& ~s follow~: EE$OLVED, That we recommend ~o the Town Board approval of map of Nar ion ~anor at East Marion which was file~ November 25, 1952. The beard read ~M. Walter G. By una~imous vote it was RESOLVED, That the Planning Board recommend to the Board of Appeals that four lots be ma~e ont of the existing six s~d one-half lots, as indicated on map ac- comp~uying letter, dated May 24, 1957, to the Town Supervisor.
