Grebe, it was EESOLVED, That the ToWn Plauning Board recommend to the Southcld Town Beard that this action be taken. Board then studied petition from Antheny J. Les~za, attorney for Dawn Estates, Int., ~attituck, accompanied by check ~o. 794. Petition for chsmge of zone from ~A" R2sidential So "C" Industrial on five acres of unimproved property. Ca motion ma~e by Er. Reeve and seconded By Er. Moisa, board unauimoumly a~lopted She following resolution: $outhold Town Plar~uin~ Board June 18, 1957 M~II~E_ _ S, Continued RE$OLVm~, That the To~rnPls~muing Bo~rd recommend to the Southold Town Board that this property Be zoned "O" Industrial. The Board then reviewed registered letter, dated Nay 28, 1957, from Ernest G. Radford, East M~rion, a~d discussion was held regarding Mm. Radford~s request that his Droperty be classified as "B" Business zone. It was decided to acknowledge Mr. R~dford;s letter advising that Detition would h~ve to Be filed for this change of zone. On motion made ~y Mr. GreBe and seconded ~eyMr. Reeve, it was RESOLVE~, That this m~tter ~e held over until the next meeting. Beaird discussed with Mr. Terry undersized lots, ntunBered 15 to 25, owned ~oy Stanley Sledzieski, Ruth Road, Nattituck. ~r. Sledzieski had presented tentative layout and wanted to know if he lengthened the depth of his lots to 125~ whether the width would receive approval of the %oard. It was the judgement of the Board that it would Be more satisfactory, %otb for l~r. Sledzieski and. for the ~est interest of the Town of $outhol&, if fir. Slezieski would decrease lots 14 to 25 ~y one lot, thus increasing these lets luwidth~ maintaining 125! in depth. Discussion was held on property of Mr. V. P~ Moo~e, corner of Bowery Lane, Lower Ro~d and M~inRoad, Sou%hold. Mr. Moore would like to ~e in "B" Business zone ~ud questions ~nether he is. ~v~r.
