K~p i~ requesting that this property ~e ~de an open development ahd discussed at some length Section 280 A, Parsgr~h 4, of the T ewn I~w, pointing out that this section makes it impossible for the B~ilding Inspector te grant z building permit on property not adjacent to a highway, right-of-way or other means ef ~ccess shown on the Zoning Map. In such cases the building permit could only be granted ~fter approval of the means of access by the T ew~Board, according to ~r. Directly followi~E the last meeting, held on July 2, 1957, the Bo~rd in~oected preperty of Mr. & M~s. Zieglerloc~ted on Marion La~e, East Marion. N. Y. ~arther discussion was held regarding this property and on motion m~de ~yMr. Grebe and seconded ~yMr. Reeve, it was RESOLVED. That the Board is not prepared to recommend this petition at the present time as we feel there is no room for ~oth the Trailer 0amp and ~he Duplex 0ottages which ~re proposed for this site. Mr. Polito of the ~enteau Construction Csrperation presented m~p of S~ndwood Shore Homes. through Mr. Howard M. Terry. Decision was hel~ up pending consi&er~tion of the Su~t. of Highways andthe Tow~ Board. Next meeting of the Bo~rd will ~e held on Tuesd~.y, August 6th. at ~ P.Eo. in the Greenport office.
