Discussion was held on petition of Jmmes ~aSson. N~ttituck, N. Y., for a chauge
from ~A" Residential and ~ricultural District to "B" B~siness~District, all that
tract of l~nd. situate lying amd being at N~tituck, bou~led on the Eorth by land
of W. Gaffney, on the South by Peconic Baby Boulevard, on the East by Bay Avenue
and o~ the ~est by D~trict Line. It was
RESOLVED. That the Planning Bo~rd recommend to the Town Boar~ that ~Ir. ~asson~s
projec~ be approved but that i~ is the thought of the P18~ui~g Board that it would
he advisable to h~ve .the Town Bo~rd issue ~ special permit.

N.~., described as Parcel One amd Parcel ~wo.--It
RESOLVED, that the Planuing Board recommend te the Tow~ Bo~rd that Parcel One
be ch~uged to "B" Business District.

of zone ~e gramted for the express purpose of expanding.
