7:30 P. N. on Tuesda~v, November 19. 1957. at the Tew~ Olerk~s Office in
Southold, N. Y.

Board studied petition of Susan H. and Pm~ymond W. Terry to establish
an "Open Development Area" ~nder the provisions of Section 280-a of theTownLaw
of the State of New York. Description of property: East Side ofthe Nain Road
in the Westerly part of hamlet of So,~thold. About 22 acres, bounded on ~or~hby
Louis E. B~ker, on East 1~ O~roline Horn, on South by Jockey Creek ~ on West by
~ain Road, Wm. R~sch aud G. W. Smith& Sons. Easement on North side of ~0~ road
shown on m~p of Long Island Lighting Co. Also use of 501 re~d to property owners.
RESOLVED, That the Planning Board recommend go the Town Board approval
of the access to this property, with a suggestion that provisioas Be ma~e te
reserve one h~3~dred (100) feet on the water for future access.
Board reviewed petition of Helen Cochraa te establish an "Open
Devel.cypment Area" under the provisions of Section 280-~ of the Town Law of the
State of New York. Description of property: Nap of Terry Waters, B~yView,
$outhold, N. Y. Mr. Van Dazer had visited the Site ~_ud presented a report in
which he recommended th~ the map be appr°Ved. It was the unanimous decision
of the Board
RESOLVED That the~.planning Bo~rd recommend to the Tow~o~rd approval
of access of map of Terry ~ers, Bay Vmew, $outnold, ~. Y., with suggestion that
one hundred (100) feet on the water be reserved for future access.

above list of sand and gravel operators:

with access thereto - roads, right of w~y, etc. Indicate the n~mes ef adjoining
property owners. Also indicate the date you acquired the property ~ud the d~te
you began oper~ions. Please state whether you prefer this property to be zoned
"B~ ~siness, ~C" Industrial or "A~ Residential ~nd Agricttltural, Non-conforming.
This statement should ~e notarized. It is to your advantage to h~ve this record
in our files. If you h~ve any questions regarding this m~tter please contact
