A regular meeting of the Southeld Town Plam~ui~ Bo~rd was held at 7:30 P- N.
on Tuesday, December 3, 1957, in- the Town Ozerk s of£ice, Southold, E. T.
There were present:

After the Tow~ Board members adjourned further discussio~ w~s held in regard
to Section 280-~ of the To~n Law by the Plan~g Board. and om motion duly m~de
~nd unanimously ca_rzed the £ollowing resolution was adopted:

improved to the satisfaction of the Planning Board.
The Planning Boa~ then_disc~sed petitions for a cha~ge, modification or
a~e~ment of the Baii~img Zone Ordi~ce of the Town ef Southold. It was the
~n~nimous decision of the Beard to

letter of intent ~ch le~er c~ea~l~ &efining how the ~roperty is to Be used.
It was the uuan~mou, s deci'si'on of the Board' to hold all future meetimgs in the
Te~ ~lerk~s Office in S~uthold ~nd~r. Klipp was advised to discontinue rental of
the former office in Greenpor~.

from "A~ Residential to ~" Business ~ it was decided to hold this matter over
until the next meeting~.

The Clerk then read ~he suggeste~lregulations, zu~mitted b~rMr. Rosenberg
of the Bos~vd of Appeals, covering Tc~rist Camp, Cam~ Oottages, Trailers and
House Cars, it was the unanimous decision of the Board to submit th~se
regulations Se the Town Board for t~eir approval ~ado~tion.
Discussion was held regarding "Orieut-~y-the-Sea", Section One and letters
from i~r. Uhl~s attorney and the Suffolk 0ounty Olerkts office were read by the
presiding Chairm~. It was the decision of the Board to hold this m~tter ~ver to
the next meeting'fer further discussion~
The Chairman then read a letter from Fishers Island Estates, I~co, which
in answer to the Boardts letter of~ovem~er 22n~ concerning gT~vel pit operations.
The Clerk w~s instructed to reply to Mr. Hayes letter of NOvember 25th advising
that the ~tter will be discusmed at the next meetin~ tf the Board.
~. Howard ~erry then presented and read numerous letters received concernin~
the petition of Angelc G. and Georgette Petrucci for a cha~ge of zone from
Residential to "B~ Business property situated ~t Bay Avenue, Peconic,
Letters in question to be su~mitted to the Tc~n Board for their action ~t the
Public Hearing to be held on ~sday, December 5th.
Letters concerning petition of James ~asson of Mattituck, N.Y., for a change
of zone from ~A" Residential to~B~ Busiaess were re~d. ~ro Terry was to submit
these letters too to the Tew~Boar& for their action at the Public Heading on
Thursday. Decembe~ 5th.
The next meeting will ~e ~bject to the call ef the Chairman,
