We are proposing to excavate the proposed pond to a deeper depth then the approved pond. The pond would be excavated to 1' below the water table. With this there will be no reason to install a clay liner to hold water. A test hole has been dug and the data is depicted on the enclosed plans prepared by CME Associates.
