The Board requests that you submit a Lot Line application, fee, and a
Short Environmental Assessment Form.
Seven copies of the lot line change should be submitted with the
application.
When the Board receives the application, it will begin its review.

annex to the contiguous parcels 1 and 2 owned by the same
persons.
