Dear Mr. Orlowski:
I represent Speonk lumber who wishes to construct a lumberyard on Lot #3 of the proposed
subdivision of North Fork Industrial Park. Speonk lumber is contract vendee for lot #3 and has been
authorized by the seller to proceed with the simultaneous application for site plan approval of the
lumberyard. The use is permitted and Speonk has proposed two acceptable site plans which my
client asks that you consider. After you have had an opportunity to review the plan with your staff,
we would ask to meet with the board in a pre-submission conference to consider your comments and
recommendations.
