One is extremely small and is separated from the other two by a 20'X100' strip owned by Monaghan. The Monaghans and Beimes have agreed to move the Monaghan strip to the end of the block and the Beirnes will then add the area of their small parcel equally to their two other parcels. The result will be two building lots, slightly larger than they are now, and the 20'X100' strip at the end of the block. A diagram is enclosed in this package. Although the two building lots are increasing in size, they are still undersized, and in it's infinite wisdom, the Town Code requires a variance application. We have submitted the application to the ZBA and are awaiting a hearing date. I suspect you will want to hold this until the ZBA decision, but the ZBA may want your comments for their hearing.
