The design intent is to construct the two new porch roofs similarly to thc existing porch roofs to maintain the historic appearance of the wrap-around porches, I understand that the building inspector may require details to be developed during construction to address structural hold-downs rated for the 120 MPH wind exposure. We will provide such details as required by the inspector.
