In reviewing the site plan mail I noticed this query. I'm not sure if Scott Hughes
discussed it with you. The writer chose not to reveal him or her self. How do you want to
deal with this.

Burger Construction has a office building on this property that has an illegal apartment upstairs.
There are numerous sheds placed all around the property
there is a large pole barn constructed
There is another large barn under construction.
There is a lot of clearing and site work being done.
What is this property zoned as?
Are there permits issued?
Is there a site plan?
Can he run a construction business from this site?
can he have a dwelling above the office?
