'RUNNING THENCE North 1 degree 20 East along the easterly side of Mill Creek Drive 26.77 feet to a point; THENCE continuing northerly along the easterly side of said Drive on the arc of a circle bearing to the left having a radius of 75 feet, the distance of 37.71 feet to a monument set on the southwesterly corner of land heretofore conveyed by said Henry J. Smith and described in deed by him to Joseph O. Zaiser and Ethel B. Zaiser, his wife, dated September 3, 1949 and recorded in said Clerk's Office on September 6, 1949 in Liber 2989 of deeds at page 50. RUNNING THENCE North 64 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds East along the southerly line of land last mentioned 148 feet, more or less, to the ordinary high water mark of Arshamomoque Pond; RUNNING THENCE in a generally southerly direction along said high water mark to the northerly line of aforesaid land of Francis X. Redmond and Elizabeth Redmond, his wife, the distance of said last mentioned boundary as measured along a tie-line running South 9 degrees 07 minutes 00 seconds East, being 111.84 feet; RUNNING THENCE South 83 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds West along the northerly line of the aforesaid lands of Redmond 144 feet, more or less, to the monument at the point or place of BEGINNING. TOGETHER WITH all the right, title and interest, if any, in and to Mill Creek Drive lying in front of and adjacent to said premises to the center line thereof.
