SCHEDULE A
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and
improvements thereon erected, situate, lying and being in the Village of Mattituck,
County of Suffolk and State of New York, known and designated as the south-
~~]deasterly one-half (112) of Lot Number Nine (g) on Map of Marratooke Park, dated
March 1910, revised December, 1913 and which map was filed in the Office of the
Clerk of the County of Suffolk May 7m, 1914 under the file number 19, the said
one-half of Lot Number Nine (9) hereby conveyed being approximately fifty
feet in width in front and rear and extended from a certain Creek to the road'on
which said lot fronts.
· TOGETHER with a free and unobstructed right of way over the South Road as
laid down on the map aforesaid and also over the West Road on the west line of
Marratooke Farm to the highway known as Suffolk Avenue.
SAID PREMISES being and intended to be the same premises deeded to Savas
Katsorhis and Stella Katsorhls by deed dated 6118199 and recorded 7ffl99 in liber
11973 page 920.
SAID PREMISES being known as and by the street number 965 Bungalow
Lane, MattJtuck, New York.
