paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors

ALL thai certain plot, piece or paccel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate, lying and being
in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk, State of New York, hounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at the corner formed by the intersection of the Northerly side of Main Road (NYS Route 25 also known as

RUNNING THENCE along the Easterly side of Village Lane, North 17 degrees 3l minutes 40 seconds West 233.81 feet to
the Southerly side of Map of Village Manor, filed in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office as Map Number 3669 on October 24,

THENCE along said lands, North 70 degrees 07 minutes 50 seconds East 80.00 feet to lands now or formerly of Waldvogel;
THENCE along said land, South t7 degrees 18 minutes 20 seconds East 224.88 feet to thc Northerly side of Main Road
(NYS Route 25 also known as Kings Highway);
THENCE along said road, South 63 degrees 42 minutes 40 seconds West 80.00 feet to the point or place of BEGINNING.
BEING AND INTENDED SAID PREMISES ARE KNOWN AS: 50 Village Lane, Matttituck, New York 11952.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE THE SAME PREMISES described in the Deed from April M. Ross, residing at 50 Village
Lane, Mattiluck, NY 11952 dated 3/312005 to the party of the first part.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the parly of the first part in and to any streets and roads
abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the estam and
rights of the pa~ty of thc first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the
