On behalf of Mr. Kenneth L Dickerson, owner of K. L. Dickerson, Inc. we would like to request a waiver
of site plan requirements for the above mentioned location.
Mr. Dickerson has contracted us to build a 25.3' x 25.5' (595 square feet) one story flame garage
building edditJon to an already existing 324 square foot sheet rne~l shed which is used for equipment
storage. The garage addition will be used to store additional equipment for his land cleedng/excavation
business. There is also a 200 square foot frame shed elsewhere on the property used for storage.
The tax map reference number of this property is 1000-74--03-P/O 19.1 and it is in a light industrial
zone.
We are enclosing a survey showing the existing buildings and the proposed addition.
