ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate, lying ,''

bounded and described as set forth on Schedule A hereto.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE a combined parcel constituting the same premises conveyed to the party of the
first part and the said Raymond B. Gary in separate portions by separate deeds, with the first such deed being
dated December 15, 1986 and being recorded in the Office of the Suffolk County Clerk on March 3, 1987 in Liber
10261 page 413 and the second such deed being dated May 31, 1993 and being recorded in the Office of the
Suffolk County Clerk on June 28, 1993 in Liber 11634 page 738.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and roads
abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the
estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AN D TO HOLD the premises herein
granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part
forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything whereby
the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party of the first
part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consideration as a trust
fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply the same first to the
payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for any other purpose. The
word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.

ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon
erected, situate, lying and being in the Town of Southold, Suffolk County, State or New
York, being bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a stone monument set on the southerly side of a former road forty feet
wide, said monument being 354.97 feet North of a point which is 473.31 feet East of
another monument marking the U.S. Coast and Geodetic Survey Triangulation Station
"Chocomount 2" (which said "Chocomount 2" monument is located on the summit of the
highest hill of Fishers Island, N.Y. about two and one-quarter miles West of the Eastern
end of Fishers Island and lies South 79 degrees 29 minutes and 46 seconds East of North
Dumpling Light in Fishers Island Sound); and
RUNNING THENCE easterly along the southerly side of said road (following the arc of a
curve to the right whose radius is 513.34 feet and the direction of whose radius at that
point is South 14 degrees 18 minutes 30 seconds West), 163.13 feet to an iron pipe;
THENCE still arong the southerly side of said road South 57 degrees 29 minutes 00
seconds East, 38.00 feet to an iron pipe;
THENCE South 27 degrees 40 minutes 20 seconds West, 73.38 feet to an iron pipe;
THENCE South 09 degrees 26 minutes 30 seconds East, 264.63 feet to an iron pipe;
THENCE South 72 degrees 04 minutes 20 seconds West, 145.24 feet to an iron pipe;
THENCE North 64 degrees 25 minutes 50 seconds West, 122.58 feet to an iron pipe;
