Tax parcel #1000-70-7-8 is 0.20 of an acre and presently is improved with a single family residence. The property is located in the General Business (B) zone. The Bulk Schedule of the Town Code, calls for 30,000 square feet of area for each permitted use. Since the property is improved with a single family residence and is non-conforming as to area; 60,000 square feet would be required for both uses. The Board is unable to review the request because of the lack of information. Specifically, the tax number of the parcel is missing. In addition, please submit a survey of the property showing the building and the proposed on-site parking spaces. The requirement for parking is one 10' by 20' space for every 200' feet of gross floor area.
