Beginning at a monument set on the northeasterly side of Orchard Street distant 847.00 feet northwesterly as measured
along the northeasterly side of Orchard Street from the comer formed by the intersection of the northeasterly side of
Orchard Street With the northwesterly side of Orchard Street (Narrows River Road);
