A certain tract or parcel of land located at Fishers Island, Town of Southotd, County of Suffolk, State of New York, being
bounded and described as follows:
Beginning at an iron pipe on the Southeasterly line of a road, said iron pipe being at the Northwest comer of the herein
described tract and located 2586.24 feet South of a point which is 2305.61 feet West of a monument marking the United
States Coast and Geodetic Survey Triangulation Station "NIN" and thence running North 60 degrees 54 minutes 30
seconds East 83.37 feet to a point of curve to the right having a radius of 620.65 feet and the direction of whose radius at
that point is South 29 degrees 05 minutes 30 seconds East;
Thence Running Northeastwardly following the arc of said curve 157.28 feet to a point, the last two lines running along
the Southeasterly line of said road;
Thence South 21 degrees 53 minutes 00 seconds East 105.33 feet to a stake;
Thence South 7 degrees 59 minutes 40 seconds West 129.39 feet to an iron pipe;
Thence South 21 degrees 27 minutes 20 seconds East 175.83 feet to an iron pipe;
