Mr. Uan TUyllShOwed a map of the area we~t of Mill Lane,
Pecenic to BridgeLane, Outchogue with the road through; Her~ry
Smith,s Peconic Homes, Section II, extended as discussed atthe
last Planning Board meeting. A five foot Offsetfromthe Long
Island Lighthg~CompanyHi_line at Smith's west property-line does
not give-enough clearance from the'Long I~land Lightings'Company
right of way fOr anypractical purpose. He believes there shOUld
be at:least three roads between the hi-line and LOngIsland Sound.
A motionwasmade~ seconded~ and carried~ the Planning
Board rescinder the action of the last meeting requiring the
five foot offset on Smith's west property line~ and approve
the road parrallel to the hi-line.
