WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part, in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece orparcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,

of New York, bounded and described as follows:

the same is intersected by the southeast corner of land now or formerly of
Bohn and the northeast corner of the premises about to be described herein;
said point being also distant 591. 50 feet southerly as measured along the
westerly side of Boisseau Avenue from the southerly end of a curve, said
curve connects the southerly side of North Road, C.R. 48, with the westerly
side of Boisseau Avenue; running thence from said point of beginning along
the westerly side of Boisseau Avenue, South 020 38 ' 20" West 229. 71 feet to
a concrete monument and land now or formerly of Schlachter; running thence
along said last mentioned land, South 810 161 5011 West 204 .21 feet to a
point; running thence along land now or formerly of Quad Enterprises, Co. ,
the following two courses and distances as follows: (1) South 810 16 ' 50"
West 242 . 68 feet to a point; and (2) North 80 57 ' 3011 West 225 feet to land
now or formerly of Bohn; running thence along said last mentioned land,
North 810 16 ' 50" East 492 . 97 feet to the westerly side of Boisseau Avenue
to the point or place of BEGINNING.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises as conveyed to the party
of the first part by Deed dated October 5, 1961 and recorded in the Suffolk
County Clerk' s Office on October ?!0, 1961 in Liber 5068 page 107.
