Clerk's Office on 5/10/27, as Map Number 834, said lot being more particularly bounded and
described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the westerly side of Founders Path as shown on said snap, distant
southerly 189.32 feet from the southerly side of Landon Lane and from said point of
beginning;
RUNNING THENCE South 46 degrees 45 minutes 10 seconds West along the southerly side
of Lot 44, 123.54 feet;
THENCE South 43 degrees 14 minutes 50 seconds East along the easterly side of Lot 36,
75 feet to the northerly side of Lot 46;
THENCE 46 degrees 45 minutes 10 seconds East along the northerly side of Lot 46, 108.14
feet to the westerly side of Founders Path;
THENCE along the westerly side of Founders Path, North 31 degrees 38 minutes 40 seconds
West 76.56 feet to the point or place of BEGINNING.

and recorded July 29, 1992, in Liber 11510, page 103.
BEING the premises known as,and described by the number 1370 Founders Path, Southold,
New York.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to
any streets and roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof;
TOGETHER with the appurtenances, and also all the estate which the said decedent had at
the time of decedent's death in said premises, and also the estate therein, which the party of
the first part has or has power to convey or dispose of, whether individually, or by virtue of

the right to receive such consideration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of
paying the cost of the improvement and will apply the same first to the payment of the cost
of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for any other purpose.
The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this
indenture so requires.
