PUBLIC HEARINGS 6:00 p.m. - Cornell, Clifford - This site plan is for a proposed 42' x 60' metal building for agricultural/farm storage to include tractors, plows, loaders and hops on an 8.5 acre parcel in the R-80 Zoning District. The property is located at 2325 Horton Lane, + .25 mile south of CR 48, Southold. SCTM#1000-63-1-1.5 6:02 p.m. - Mullen Realty, LP - This amended site plan is for a proposed parking area of 14 stalls for employees and over-flow customer parking on a 7,294 s.f. parcel in the General Business (B) Zoning District. The property is located at 40 & 120 Cottage Place, on the s/e corner of Cottage Place & NYS Rt. 25, Southold. SCTM#1000-62-3-11 & 12 6:04 p.m. - Goqqins, William - This proposed site plan is to convert an existing 2,187 s.f. single family dwelling to three apartment units at 850 s.f., 850 s.f. and 486 s.f. Seven parking stalls are proposed in the HB Zoning District. The property is located at 13200 Route 25, +225' west of Wickham Avenue, Mattituck. SCTM#1000-114-11-9.1 6:06 p.m. - Mill Creek Inn & Marina - This site plan is for the proposed improvement and renovation to an existing 50 slip marina & 8,989 s.f. restaurant with new marina/dock master building, parking areas and site drainage on a 3.27 acre parcel in the M-II Zoning District. Greenhouses - This proposed site plan is for two 16' x 24' (384 s.f.) greenhouses for agricultural use on a 2.3 acre parcel in the R-80 Zoning District. SCTM#1000-45-1 - 14.1 SUBDIVISIONS - FINAL DETERMINATIONS Fischer, Daniel & Nancy - This is a proposed 2 lot standard subdivision of a 1.67 acre parcel where Lot 1 = 36,333 sq. ft & Lot 2 = 36,332 sq. ft. in the R-40 Zoning District. ZBA variances (lot area and setback) have been granted for this property. The property is located at 38785 NYS Rt. 25, Orient. SCTM#1000-15-8-1.1 APPROVAL EXTENSIONS Verity, David - SCTM#1000-78-3-26. Droskoski & Sepenoski - This proposed Lot Line Change transfers 13,872 sq. ft. from SCTM#1000-18-4-7.8 to SCTM#1000-18-4-7.4. Lot 7.4 increases from 38,880 sq. ft. to 52,752 sq. ft., and Lot 7.8 decreases from 13,872 sq. ft. to 0 sq. ft. in the R-80 Zoning District. The property is located at 27835 NYS Route 25, on the southwest corner of the intersection of Brown's Hill Road & NYS Route 25, Orient. Baxter, William J., Jr. - This proposed standard subdivision is to subdivide a 2.38 acre parcel into 4 lots where Lot 1 equals .624 acres, Lot 2 equals .629 acres, Lot 3 equals .621 acres and Lot 4 equals .515 acres in the Hamlet Business Zoning District. The property is located at 260 Griffing Avenue, Cutchogue. SCTM#1000-102-5-9.4 Noone, Marqaret - This proposal is for a standard 2-lot subdivision of a 21,000 s.f. parcel where Lot 1 = 10,501 s.f. and Lot 2 = 10,500 s.f. in the R-40 & B Zoning Districts. Four parking stalls are proposed and an asphalt driveway. The property is located at 1270 CR 48, +274' east of Ackerly Pond Road and CR 48, Southold. STATE ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY REVIEW ACT Verity, David - SCTM#1000-78-3-26. OTHER Sterlinq Harbor, Inc. Barn - This project is for a 38' x 24' barn in the Open Space Conservation Easement on Lot 5 of the Standard Subdivision Sterling Harbor at Bayview.
